LCI Careers
Finding eager, well-prepared workers is critical for any business, and LCI fills that important need. Employers working with LCI enjoy onsite assistance, prescreened candidates and help identifying accommodations on the job site. Participants may receive individual on-site coaching.
Whether you're an employer looking for quality workers or someone looking for a way to become more competitive in the workplace, LCI can help. We help employers match employees to specific job openings and provide a range of onsite assistance and coaching. Employers and participants also may take advantage of training provided by LCI's innovative Assistive Technology Center.
"[LCI] gave me the training I needed to get my goals started," writes participant Gail Wimbley. "They gave me confidence. My supervisor gave me confidence that I could do the job. I did it! ... I think that LCI is a great place to get skills and learn that everyday people are the same. They want to work and be somebody."
