CAP Services
A full range of Community Alternative Program (CAP) services are available through LCI for people in Lee, Moore and Harnett counties with physical, mental and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Services are provided at no cost to those who are eligible through the North Carolina Division of Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Services.
